About me:
Hello, my name is Clara Leverich! I’m so excited to be joining the World Race Expedition trip in January 2022! God has been moving in so many ways in my life and I can’t wait for you to join me on this journey! A little about me: I’m from a small town in Minnesota, although I currently live in Hawaii. I have two wodneukf parents, Brian and Angela, a little sister Lydia and two older sisters and two brothers-in-law, Hannah & Taylor and Emma & Matt. I just graduated in May 2021 from the University of Sioux Falls with a double major in Criminal Justice and Psychology, where I also competed long jump, triple jump and pole vault with the USF Track and Field Team. My favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:8, because one of my goals in life is to just share the wonderful love and joy of Jesus to everyone I meet and as I leave them, they feel loved and at peace. My favorite food is watermelon, ahhh it’s the best after a long hot day on the lake, swimming and surfing. I LOVE to travel, and learn about different cultures and people from around the world. I currently have visited all 50 U.S. States, South Carolina was my last one, I visited afte training camp in Oct. 2021. I also have been to 6 other countries, including Jamaica, Germany, France, England, Czech Republic, and Canada. I have lots of plants that fill my apartment, including a snake plant named Gloria and an air plant named Maleficent. In my free time, I love longboarding, baking & cooking new recipes, reading, going on coffee dates with friends, climbing (rocks and trees), writing poetry, or just being outside with my friends and family!
